- Can I buy it today?
- Not yet — the open launch is planned for 2027. What is available today is the pilot: you run it in your own kitchen for free, and we fix what you find.
- What's the catch with the pilot?
- There isn't one, but it isn't free labour either — we want you actually billing on it and telling us what's broken. If it doesn't suit you, you stop, and we'll export your data.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing during the pilot. We haven't fixed launch pricing yet and we'd rather say that than quote a number and change it later. Pilot businesses get a locked-in early price and we'll tell you what it is before we ever charge you.
- What languages does it work in?
- English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada — the whole app, not just the receipt. Each person on your team picks their own, so the counter and the back office don't have to match. If a pilot business needs another language, tell us.
- Do I need new hardware?
- It runs in a browser, so a laptop or tablet you already have will usually do. Receipt printers and the kitchen screen are standard equipment — tell us what you own and we'll be straight with you about what works.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
- Billing keeps working on the device and syncs when you're back online. That was one of the first things we built, because it was one of our biggest frustrations.
- Are the Swiggy and Zomato links live?
- The software side is built, but each platform has to approve the connection before it works for a real outlet. We're working through that and won't pretend it's finished.
- Whose data is in the screenshots?
- Nobody's. Every screenshot uses test data we generated. Names and phone numbers are blurred anyway.
